For every 1,000 VND spent, you will earn 100 points. Points will be automatically credited to your account after your bill is paid, whether on the website or at the restaurant.

Absolutely! During your birthday month, you will receive double (2x) reward points and a special surprise gift from “Lu’s Kitchen” when dining at the restaurant.

At the moment, reward points cannot be converted into cash or used to pay your bill. However, you can redeem your points for gifts or attractive offers within the membership program.

You can check your information in two ways:

• Online: Log in to your account on the Lufina website.
• In-store: Provide your phone number to the cashier for quick assistance.

We’re sorry, but that’s not possible. To earn points for your bill, please make sure to log in or provide your phone number at the time of payment. Currently, the system does not support adding points retroactively.

In general, points are still earned based on the actual amount paid. However, redeeming points in conjunction with other promotions may depend on the specific terms and conditions of each program.
